Seven years ago, I was training elite clients at one of Wall Street's most exclusive gyms in the Financial District. They showed up, pushed hard, and walked back into the same fog, chronic stress, and exhaustion quietly eroding their performance and relationships.

A great workout felt good. But it was not touching the cortisol overload, the hormonal decline, the fragmented sleep, or the decision fatigue costing them far more than body fat.
